1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of klaudepay.com (the "Site") operated by Klaude LLC. By using the Site you agree to them. 2. No offer and no guarantee

Content on the Site is for general information. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide payment services, a guarantee that any business will be accepted by any acquiring partner, or legal, tax, financial or regulatory advice. All services are subject to due diligence, underwriting by acquiring partners, card-scheme rules and applicable law.

3. Our role

KLAUDE arranges, coordinates and, where agreed, provides technology for payment services delivered by licensed acquiring banks, payment institutions and other regulated partners. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, KLAUDE does not act as an acquirer, does not hold client funds and is not a party to the merchant agreement between you and an acquiring partner.

4. Submissions

You confirm that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it on behalf of your business. Submitting an application does not create an obligation on KLAUDE or any partner to provide services.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, submit false information, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the Site. See also our Acceptable use policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics and code are owned by or licensed to Klaude LLC. You may view and print pages for your own business use only.

7. Third-party links

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KLAUDE excludes liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [LEGAL REVIEW.]
